Merry Christmas

To everyone in the Warrior Martial Arts family, whether you coach, train or pick people up from class, I want to wish you all a very happy Christmas.

This year has been difficult for many of us, but it has also taught us to truly appreciate the most important things in life: family and friends. Until we can all get together at training again, take care of yourselves and those around you. Be honest when you speak and patient when you listen, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. If anyone needs to chat, you can reach me on barry@warrior.ie
