Sunday, May 10th 2009, saw the return to West Cork of Master Gary Stringer of Stringer Ju Ka Do.
During his previous visit, Master Stringer conducted a hugely enjoyable seminar in reality-based self defence techniques for both the students and instructors of Warrior Tae Kwon Do. This time around, Gary led another introductory seminar for those who missed out on October’s session, as well as developing and expanding on the material previously taught.
The day was, once again, enjoyed emmensely by all who attended.
