We’d all like a flat stomach, toned legs and a firm backside, but none of those things come without a good bit of hard work. While your typical gym contains all of the equipment you could ever need to achieve these goals, some people (myself included) find going to the gym… well, to be honest, boring!

Our Warrior KickFit classes take all of the best bits of a Martial Arts workout and remove the bits where you’re likely to get bumps and bruises! With Warrior KickFit, you can enjoy the fun, friendly atmosphere of a Warrior Martial Arts class; gently improve your flexiblity and mobility; tone your arms, legs and body; and send your fitness levels through the roof.
The exercises and movements you will practice in a Warrior KickFit class are all based on the type of training that our World Champion Martial Arts students take part in but Warrior KickFit classes are NON-CONTACT and NON-COMPETITIVE, which means nobody is going to be kicking or punching you and the only things you’ll be hitting are the padded kick and punch targets which we provide.
